Ordering
How do I order a custom jersey?
On any custom product page, enter the name and number you want, pick your size, and add to cart. Custom jerseys are stitched to order and take an extra 3–5 business days in production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing it. Email service@rosterjersey.com with your order number. Once an order is in production or dispatched we can no longer change it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with tracking included.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days (custom jerseys +3–5 days in production). Delivery: United States 7–15 business days, Canada 10–20, rest of world 10–25. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Where is my tracking number?
It's emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. Not updating after 5 business days? Contact us and we'll investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and more. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Sizing & Products
How do the jerseys fit?
Our jerseys follow standard fan-jersey sizing and have a slightly relaxed cut. If you're between sizes or plan to layer underneath, size up. Full measurements are on our Size Guide.
Are the jerseys stitched?
Yes — names, numbers and crests are stitched, not printed, for a premium look and durability.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on standard items in original condition with tags. Custom (personalized) jerseys can't be returned unless faulty or incorrect. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
