Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Roster Jersey.

30-Day Returns

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Custom Items

Custom jerseys (personalized name & number) are made to order just for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered — in which case we'll replace them or refund you in full at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email service@rosterjersey.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns can't be tracked to your order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — then we cover it and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except for our errors.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For sizing help before you buy, check the size chart on each product page or email us.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take a few days to appear depending on your bank. If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us at service@rosterjersey.com and we'll chase it up.
