This website is operated by Roster Jersey ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting rosterjersey.com or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Descriptions

We work to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. Sizing follows the size chart shown on each product page — please check measurements before ordering, as fan apparel sizing can differ from everyday clothing.

3. Custom & Personalized Items

Custom jerseys are made to order with the name and number you provide. Please double-check spelling and numbers before submitting — we produce exactly what you enter. By submitting custom text you confirm that it does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain offensive content; we reserve the right to refuse any customization at our discretion. Because they are made specifically for you, custom items cannot be cancelled after production begins and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, and to correct pricing errors, at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 12 hours of purchase and before production or dispatch.

6. Shipping

Shipping methods, timeframes, and costs are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email service@rosterjersey.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will make it right at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to harvest personal information, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (store address: 6 Carolyn Ct, Dover, DE 19901), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable US federal or Delaware state law.
