Free standard shipping on all orders. Every order ships with tracking — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on the way.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom jerseys (personalized name & number) are made to order and take an additional 3–5 business days in production before dispatch.

Delivery estimates start from dispatch (not from order date) and exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (playoffs, finals, holidays) delivery may take a few days longer.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking events can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.
Address Changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via our Contact page. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer change the address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos where applicable — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Parcels marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered delivered; please make sure your address is complete and correct.
